Hayden – PUP

It’s unfortunate that Hayden has been injured to start his Raider career. Let’s not judge him until he comes back on the field. Anyone who thinks you can take the train wreck that Al Davis built and turn it around in three years is crazy. It takes time. Go look at the Kansas City Royals and their success story. Building takes time. The biggest mistake Mark Davis will make is pulling the plug on Reggie McKenzie. I’m not so sure on Dennis Allen. He looks lost and confused on the sideline. Raiders need a Bill Cowher type of coach.
